The short version
This is a visitor’s guide to one small place: the shops, museums, gardens, trail and beach on the Palm Beach barrier island, mostly within walking distance of Town Hall. It is published by LPE Realty LLC, a Florida real estate brokerage (DBPR license CQ1075686) that works in South Florida.
We built it after trying to answer simple island questions, like what an hour at a Worth Avenue meter costs, whether the Flagler Museum opens on a Monday, or which stretch of the Lake Trail is closed, and finding the answers split between the Town’s fee schedule, a museum’s visitor page and an events calendar with no year on it.
What we are not
We have no connection to the Town of Palm Beach, the Worth Avenue Association, The Royal Poinciana Plaza, the Flagler Museum, the Society of the Four Arts or any shop or restaurant we mention, and nobody paid to appear here. When we say “the Town says” or “the Museum lists”, the link beside it goes to the exact page we read.
How we check a fact
- One fact, one source: each hour, fee or date is read on the page of the organization that sets it, and the box under it shows that page and the day we read it (October 21, 2026, for this launch).
- Disagreements stay visible. The Town and the county visitor bureau measure the Lake Trail differently, and two histories date The Breakers differently; we print both instead of choosing one.
- Silence is reported as silence. If the Town has not posted a rule, or an organizer has not posted a time, the page says that.
- The three tools (the date checker, the parking picker and the day planner) read the same records as the pages. Distances are straight lines measured from Worth Avenue at South County Road.
- Photographs are real and credited; the film on the home page is cut from them. See photo and film credits.
Common ownership, said plainly
LPE Realty LLC publishes a few other community guides to other South Florida places. They share an owner and nothing else: each is written separately for its own town from its own sources. We note it here because you should know who stands behind what you read.
Where AI fits
AI tools help us draft. A person compares every factual sentence with its source record before the page goes up, and the byline is the Downtown Palm Beach Editorial Team because that is who did the work.
Advertising
There are no paid listings and no homes for sale on this guide. A sponsor, if we ever take one, would be labeled as sponsored right where it appears.
Something changed?
Meter rates, museum hours and event dates do change. Email info@lperealty.com or use the contact form, and we will read the new page, update the record and change the checked date.
Dates, rules and hours can change. The organisers have the final word: Town of Palm Beach (official site)
